Cancellation, Late Arrivals & Payment

Cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows incur a fee equal to 50% of the affected service price. Submit cancellation requests through our booking website or by calling the spa. Notice is measured when your request is received, not when staff finish processing it. Keep your acknowledgment.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter massage. The full scheduled service price remains payable; no discount is offered for reduced time caused by late arrival.

A card is required to secure your booking. No service payment is collected at booking; payment is due at your appointment. You authorize Square to save your card and Massage Now Salon LLC to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees. For multiple guests, authorization covers applicable fees for each affected guest. No customer cancellation fee applies if the spa cancels.

Booking Details & Guests Under 18

Provide accurate booking information and use only a card you are authorized to use. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until we provide confirmation.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or legal guardian must provide required treatment consent; another accompanying adult cannot provide that consent solely because they accompany the guest.

Health Information, Intake Forms & Waiver

Before receiving services, each guest must complete the required intake form and sign the required waiver and consent forms. Guests must disclose relevant health conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies and other information that may affect treatment.

Each guest is responsible for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional about whether massage is appropriate for their individual health circumstances, including any necessary restrictions or precautions, before receiving treatment.

Massage services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. Our providers do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical clearance. We may modify, postpone or decline treatment when safety concerns arise.

Tell your provider about discomfort or concerns. You may request an adjustment or stop treatment at any time.

Booking for another adult does not replace that person’s own signed waiver or treatment consent.

Professional Conduct

Services are professional and nonsexual. Threatening, abusive or sexually inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service or immediate termination of any service already underway.

Electronic Acceptance

Checking the box and submitting your booking constitutes electronic acceptance of these Booking Terms and the Cancellation Policy. We retain the accepted wording, version, timestamp and associated booking information. You may request a copy. Later changes do not retroactively change your recorded acceptance.

Privacy Policy

Information and use: This policy covers our main website and booking website. We collect contact and appointment details to manage bookings, cancellations, customer service, payments and authorized fees. Intake information, including health disclosures, is handled through our treatment processes and Vagaro. We also retain acceptance records and information needed for security, disputes and legal obligations.

Website tracking: We may collect IP address, approximate location, device/browser information, arrival source, booking interactions and technical errors to understand website use and improve reliability. Browser storage supports booking sessions and measurement. Our main website also uses Google and Meta measurement tools to understand visits, booking-link clicks and advertising performance. These providers may receive device, browser, page and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. When enabled, masked session replay reconstructs booking-page interactions—not your entire screen—and excludes contact-entry values, full card details and security codes.

Payments and providers: Square stores and processes full card details; Massage Now does not receive your full card number or security code through the booking website. We may retain payment references, card brand and last four digits. Information is shared as needed with providers supporting appointments, payments, hosting, booking automation and operational communications, including Vagaro and Square, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

Retention and requests: We retain information as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations, using reasonable safeguards and restricted access. Retention periods vary by record type. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, including for a minor in your care. Some records must be retained for legal, financial or dispute-resolution purposes. No electronic system guarantees absolute security.
